As a Product Trainer in the healthcare industry, you will be primarily responsible for conducting engaging training sessions for healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will play a key role in gathering feedback to continuously improve our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing our company's healthcare products effectively.
  • Utilize various training modalities to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
  • Adapt training content to the diverse needs and skill levels of participants, considering factors such as role, experience, and departmental requirements.
  • Implement robust feedback mechanisms to gather insights from participants regarding the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze feedback data to identify areas for improvement and adjust training materials and methodologies accordingly.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel throughout Georgia to conduct in-person training sessions at various healthcare facilities and organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in product training, preferably within healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in developing engaging training materials using various tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret feedback data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Georgia to conduct in-person training sessions and attend industry events.
