About the Role
As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of content on social media platforms. You will screen and monitor videos, comments, hashtags, and more for abusive, violent, or inappropriate content to ensure a safe experience for users and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Screening: Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media platforms.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain transaction data accurately and securely.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets the platform's standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Kazakh (C1), Russian (C1), and English (B2)
- Technical Skills: Good understanding of technical aspects of social media platforms
- Emotional Resilience: Ability to handle graphic and sensitive content with professionalism
- Self-Motivation: Ready for self-studies and independent work
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented approach to ensure high standards
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Team Spirit: Creativity and collaboration skills
- Experience: Professional experience with social media platforms and artificial intelligence is a plus
