Our client is part of an international group headquartered in the UK, specialising in the sale of technological equipment produced in the United Kingdom, the USA, and various European countries. They offer tailored solutions for a variety of industries, including food, construction, printing, mining, chemical, petrochemical, metallurgy, energy, pharmaceutical, and textiles. With a strong emphasis on personalised client service, they build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with major international manufacturers.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing general office tasks including filing, data entry, maintaining records, and ensuring the office remains organised
- Placing and tracking orders, ensuring all supplies and products are ordered promptly and accurately
- Issuing invoices, managing basic bookkeeping tasks, and following up on payments
- Coordinating and organising deliveries, maintaining clear communication with delivery partners and suppliers
- Answering phone calls professionally and warmly, providing excellent client support and resolving queries efficiently
- Acting as the friendly first point of contact, ensuring clients experience exceptional service
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in office administration, customer support, or similar roles is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with basic invoicing, ordering, and relevant office software
- A proactive, flexible approach with strong multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work independently but also knowing when to seek assistance
