Main Tasks:
- Leading the management of Impact and ESG data, overseeing data collection, monitoring, and analysis for more than 300 investee companies.
- Conducting regular quality checks on the collected data and developing analysis tools and templates tailored to specific reporting requirements.
- Providing support in the preparation of Impact and ESG reports for funds, ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
- Developing innovative tools and templates for ESG and impact analysis and monitoring, enhancing the organization's capabilities in evaluating and measuring sustainability outcomes.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations for external investors, contributing content and data for surveys, requests for proposals, and investor due diligences.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide impactful content for impact blogs and other investor-facing materials, effectively communicating the organization's mission and achievements.
- Analyzing industry trends related to impact and ESG investing, staying informed about the latest developments and best practices in the field.
Your Experience and Skills:
- Desirable to have bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or another highly quantitative field is preferred. However, candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in impact, development, sustainability-related fields, along with demonstrable experience in data management, are also encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a data-oriented role, ideally within a sustainability-oriented organization such as an ESG service provider or an inclusive finance organization.
- Strong analytical skills are essential, coupled with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power BI. Familiarity with Word and PowerPoint is desirable. Additionally, experience in at least one programming language and/or eFront would be advantageous.
- Excellent spoken and written business English skills are required to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
- A high degree of initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn is expected in this role.
- The ability to take ownership of data management processes within the department, showcasing a proactive approach to delivering results.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in multi-cultural settings, fostering collaboration and maintaining positive relationships.
