Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the company's commercial and credit policies, ensuring accurate payment collection and meeting financial targets within the assigned region.
- Execute approved action plans to achieve set goals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Daily visits to fabricators or dealers, offering technical and commercial support to enhance their expertise.
- Collaborate with partners to continually improve their operations and advise on best practices.
- Identify and develop new partnerships for the organization.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and product information through market analysis.
- Implement marketing actions based on the approved marketing plan, including exhibitions and shop signposts.
- Ensure branding image and marketing material for partners align with the company's standards.
- Participate in sector exhibitions, road shows, and presentations to promote new products and services.
- Collect market feedback and communicate insights to product managers and supervisors.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to increase the company's market share.
- Maintain an updated CRM for a comprehensive understanding of the market.
- Research and analyze market shares within the designated area, proposing strategies for growth.
- Evaluate potential partners and actively contribute to budget planning and marketing plan formulation.
- Coordinate actions for organizing corporate events within the assigned area.
- Provide expertise in technical issues and collaborate with engineering consultants on projects.
- Handle customer requests for quality claims and returns, taking necessary actions.
- Address and resolve any issues between the company and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor client credit, payments, and intervene when necessary to support collections.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Technical science study or University degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Science-related studies) or certified sales seminars.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- At least 3 years of previous work experience in a similar B2B sales position, preferably in the industry.
- Technical knowledge in aluminum and construction is advantageous.
- Proven ability to use modern IT systems (CRM, ERP, Business Reporting, technical calculation models).
