Are you an experienced and passionate specialist working with sea food products? We are seeking a skilled Fisheries Processing Technician to join our client’s team of professionals in the seafood industry based in Kutaisi. This role is pivotal in ensuring the high standards and efficiency of their fish processing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the stable and productive operation of enterprises, workshops, and processing lines.
  • Monitor compliance with fish processing technology, including freezing, storage, and transportation.
  • Participate in the development of new product types and the expansion of the product assortment.
  • Train and certify production personnel, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Implement and maintain a quality control system for production, ensuring products meet all necessary standards.
  • Ensure compliance with state standards and regulations in the field of fish product processing.
  • Master new equipment and technological lines for fish and seafood processing.
  • Develop technical documentation, job instructions, and norms for production personnel.
  • Engage in systematic work to improve production culture, reduce costs, and minimize expenses.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fish processing technology.
  • Vocational or higher education in "Fisheries Processing Technician" specialization.
  • Experience with modern fish processing equipment and technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
