Your responsibilities:

  • Provide stellar customer support through live chat and email, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support with written communication (live chats/emails) is essential, at least 1 year, and familiarity with trading will be considered a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is imperative for effective customer engagement
  • Adept at numerical analysis and statistics
