We are seeking to add an Intermediate UX/UI Designer to our growing team. ( for the hybrid type of work: remote + office). As a creative, strategic professional, the primary role of this position is to create intuitive and user-centric experiences for a variety of web-based software solutions. This role must showcase a deep knowledge of web and mobile interfaces, be able to articulate designs to clients, and work closely with the development team to ensure the design meets established technical goals. This team member must be well-versed in industry trends and demonstrate a proactive and agile working style to meet the demands of our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with your team
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Fluency in UX and UI design fundamentals such as conception/strategy and studying users, designing preliminary comps, page layouts, site content, graphics, templates, style guides, and navigational elements in accordance with project requirements
- Ability to blend intuitive UI with progressive technology
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator /Figma/Sketch
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- Experience working in an agile development process
- Knowledge of best practices and platform-specific design/UI patterns (iOS and Android)
- The ability to manage multiple projects with different timelines
- A willingness to learn about new topics, technologies, and industries
