We are looking for Recruitment Consultant Interns who are eager to try themselves in the talent acquisition space. You will learn how to advertise job vacancies and screen, shortlist, and interview candidates. In this role, you will develop and post job descriptions using social media and other platforms in order to identify suitable applicants. You will work with our Technology and Digital Marketing teams to launch nationwide recruitment drives and use creative approaches, coupled with innovative technical solutions and applicant tracking systems to provide best in class talent acquisition services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Finding CVs from a variety of sources, including job board and our databases
- Researching and analysing websites for value of posting ads with them
- Helping recruiters with day to day tasks
- Creating and posting ads for vacancies via different communication channels
- Perform evaluation and assessment of the candidates
- Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
- Creating and distributing mass emails
- Contacting and following up with the candidates
- Learning how to negotiate salaries and processing legal contracts
Requirements:
- The ability to work within a team and coordinate various activities
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a good level of English
- Have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Be organised and have effective time management skills
- Have a positive attitude towards work and be highly motivated to learn
