We are on the hunt for a passionate, energetic and dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will work closely with our Principal Consultant who has over 15 years of experience recruiting professionals for SMEs and large and highly complex organisations worldwide. You will contribute to our mission to build genuine partnerships, and ensure businesses have the talent they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source and match high-quality candidates to clients' unique needs
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with talent, including providing feedback and career advice
- Quality Assurance: Uphold our commitment to high standards through diligent candidate vetting, background checks, and reference verifications
- Strategic Innovation: Work with our Marketing and Technology teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies that attract and retain top-tier talent
- Market Expertise: Stay informed of market trends to effectively serve clients and candidates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with recruitment technologies and platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
