We are looking for an Accounts Administrator who will ensure the efficient and smooth running of the finance function. Reporting to our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance operations. The Accounts Administrator will get involved and help with reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Company`s email for incoming invoices/statements
  • Creating purchase orders in D365, processing invoices, and expense claim
  • Processing payments in the bank for authorization by the Parent Company
  • Ensuring that all D365 transactions are regularly recorded at COB
  • Comparing actuals to budget to identify any material discrepancies and accrue where required
  • Liaising with the external accountants to ensure they have all the information required to complete VAT returns and corporation tax returns
  • Ensuring all taxes are paid on time
  • Ensuring clients are invoiced accurately with regard to SOWs and Contract invoicing requirements
  • Reconciling with the clients each month
  • Ensuring claim is paid as per Company policies
  • Cashing month-end close

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a related position
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Experience working under pressure
  • Can deliver results within set deadlines with proven ability in priority setting and planning
  • Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to apply discretion without directive
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and quick to adapt to changes
  • Have a genuine willingness to learn
