Effective delivery of training is critical to a successful training strategy. As Training Delivery Lead you will be responsible for ensuring we provide next-level training to all supported staff. You will lead a global team of training specialists, take responsibility for the success of our core team training content, and overall work to revolutionize our approach to training as an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to our global Training Specialists following servant leadership principles
  • Assist in the coordination of training delivery and development cycles and ensure the success of the training delivery roadmap
  • Leverage the Training Specialists to ensure core team training material is kept up to date and continually improved upon, based upon stakeholder feedback, training delivery experiences, and best practices
  • Support our Training Facilitator and Mentorship programs, ensuring that part-time training resources are consistently effective and add significant value to the organization
  • Develop and deliver direct training to leaders and others within the organization based upon any identified needs, including your insights
  • Work with other members of the team to digest data pulled from the LMS tool and provide a detailed post-training analysis
  • Implement testing & assessment strategies throughout training, and drive decisions around trainee success, including employment-related discussions
  • When necessary, design a full course curriculum to meet business goals by creating and implementing comprehensive training plans
  • In general, provide strategic guidance & recommendations relating to training and overall contribute meaningfully to the success of the organization as a whole
  • Stay informed on the latest tools and techniques related to training for our industry

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in delivering and/or developing training material
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including excellent knowledge of PowerPoint. Familiarity with advanced LMS tools is a strong asset
  • Capable of operating in a high-trust, high-accountability environment: able to stay motivated while working independently, and also collaborating well with peers
  • Exceptional communication skills: must be comfortable speaking in front of a group, and capable of conveying information effectively
  • A high level of professional maturity, with a strong understanding of the appropriate balance between informal and formal communication
  • Outstanding planning skills, with the ability to take a core concept and break it down into clear deliverables
