We are looking for an energetic Digital Marketing Manager who will be focused on digital marketing, social media and content creation initiatives for our US based clients. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. We’re a brand in growth mode, with big plans for the next few years, and you will be right at the heart of it. You’ll bring a positive and disruptive attitude to the team, helping us drive our digital marketing efforts to support our fast-growing expansion. Please note, proficiency in verbal and written ENGLISH is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing an effective digital strategy to achieve business objectives from brand awareness through to conversion and retention
  • Always ensuring that a customer-centric (obsessed) approach is used to activate digital marketing activities through creative, messaging, and targeting opportunities
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Identify innovative ways to use data and technology to deliver effective and efficient digital marketing communications
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Write compelling posts, ads, articles, how-to content that people appreciate and respond to
  • Oversee building of funnels, webinars, lead magnets, sales pages, case studies & joint ventures
  • Create cross channel digital assets which are engaging, on brand and designed to resonate with the target audience
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights & instrument conversion points, enhancing user funnels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
