We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join of a large international company. As a technical support specialist, you will provide technical support to customers in Italian through various communication channels. Responsibilities:

  • Handling clients’ technical requests by phone and chat
  • Providing computer and computer-related equipment support to the utilized multifunctional devices
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
  • Ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently
  • Organizing and leading remote sessions to target problems on clients' devices

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (C1) and working level of English (B2)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to identify and understand clients’ needs, and provide a solution to them
  • Ability to present complex information in a simple way
