About Our Client:

Our client is an international leader in the iGaming software sector, with their Georgia office centrally located in the vibrant heart of Tbilisi, near Liberty Square. Renowned for their development of cutting-edge online gaming software, they have successfully established over 50 iGaming brands using their robust platform. Operating across diverse international markets, they are dedicated to enriching their product portfolio through continual innovation, ensuring top-tier solutions for their clients and partners in the dynamic iGaming industry.

This is a full-time role, based in-office (central Tbilisi on Vekua Street), we are not offering remote opportunities at this time. Working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for positions across various levels and teams, both domestically and internationally.
  • Assist in crafting job descriptions and advertise job openings on external platforms and within partner organizations.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate applications and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability for available positions.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, administering candidate assessments, and gathering feedback from interview panels.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand their staffing requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies to meet their needs.
  • Work in tandem with the People Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English communication with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Possess at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in hiring golang engineers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, and social media sourcing tools.
  • Experience in project management and/or recruiting within the engineering domain.
  • Self-motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Authorized to work in Georgia.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
