We are looking for a Chief Accountant for an innovative company, with over 15 years of dedicated expertise in the field of plant stabilization. Our esteemed client has achieved significant milestones, including the acquisition of three valuable technology patents. Their commitment to sustainable practices and environmental consciousness is unwavering, and they have consistently expanded their knowledge and techniques to develop eco-friendly and renewable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the accounts chart according to company activity, in view of an analytic cost analysis
- Realize the accounting data entry
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Prepare the payroll and realize the salary payments
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Ensure the smooth running of the company books
- Handle monthly and annual closing
- Prepare the financial reports for the general direction
- Conduct a financial control and participate in budget preparation
- Monitor and track the cash flow of the company and the working capital requirements
- Support the direction with the preparation and follow-up of administrative and financial files (bank loans, grants, contracts etc)
- Manage the administrative and contractual documents
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in managing all accounting transactions
- Skilled in handling monthly and annual closing processes
- Capable of generating and presenting reports to the management team
