Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis, benchmarks, and improvements on MongoDB/Atlas database
- Build complete modules, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Enhance the performance, scalability, and robustness of our comprehensive application, which processes thousands of transactions per second on a global infrastructure
- Collaborate with the engineering teams in Australia and Malaysia, participating in software design sessions, code reviews, and architectural discussions
- Take ownership of ideas and transform them into impactful new features
- Work in an agile-based development environment
- Provide accurate estimates for user stories
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities, as we value strong relationships with both our team and clients
